THE PROBLEM
The “Add User” flow was treated as a simple form, but in reality it required admins to assign product access, roles, and permissions without clear structure or visibility, leading to inconsistent setups, misconfigured access, and poor scalability across the system.
THE INSIGHT
This wasn’t just user creation it was the foundation of access control.
Every decision made in this flow determined how users interacted with products, what they could see, and what actions they could take across the system.
THE SHIFT
Instead of designing a form, I approached this as a system workflow structuring how access is defined, connected, and scaled across products.
THE SOLUTION
I redesigned the experience as a guided, step-based flow helping admins create users, assign product access, and define roles in a clear, structured way.

The Starting Point
A simple form used to create users across multiple products.

IMPACT
The new structure improves consistency, reduces configuration errors, and creates a scalable foundation for managing access across multiple products.
